This policy explains how 3mundos.com, operated by Fabricio Olivera, handles information when providing private automation and systems-integration services.
Scope
The 3mundos.com Google OAuth application is used only to connect authorised Google and YouTube accounts to private automation workflows. In particular, it may read, upload, update, or delete YouTube videos and their associated metadata when instructed by the account owner through those workflows.
Information accessed
When you authorise the application, Google may provide access tokens and refresh tokens, channel and account information, video metadata, and the content needed to perform the authorised YouTube actions. The service only requests and uses the permissions required by the configured workflow.
How information is used
Google user data is used solely to operate the authorised workflow, maintain its connection, and diagnose or protect that connection. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Storage and security
Authorisation data is stored in the private automation service in encrypted form where supported by the service. Access is limited to the operator and the systems needed to run the authorised workflow. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the data.
Retention and deletion
Connection data is retained only while the authorised integration is active or as needed to resolve operational issues. You can revoke the application's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You may also request deletion of an integration by contacting us; this will remove its stored connection data, subject to any legal or security recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You may decline to grant permissions, revoke them through Google, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held for an integration. Declining or revoking permissions can prevent the corresponding automation from operating.
