Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the private automation integrations operated through 3mundos.com by Fabricio Olivera.
Service
The service connects accounts that you are authorised to manage with configured automation workflows. For YouTube, workflows can perform actions such as uploading, updating, and deleting videos or video metadata only within the permissions you grant.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorised to connect each account and to publish, modify, or remove the content handled by the workflow. You remain responsible for the accuracy, rights, legality, and policy compliance of that content, including compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Account access
Do not share access to the automation service or Google account with unauthorised people. You may revoke OAuth access at any time through your Google Account. We may suspend or remove an integration if access appears unauthorised, insecure, or unlawful.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Automations depend on third-party services, including Google and YouTube, and may be interrupted, changed, limited, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a workflow will complete every requested action.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the service or from actions taken by an authorised workflow. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of an updated version means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to oliveraf@msn.com.
